Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express and Checks.
Q: Is the total price due all at once?
A: Yes, payment must be made in full before we can
place your order.
Q: Will I be required to pay sales tax?
A: Only New York State residents will be charged sales
tax.
Q: What are Quote Items and why aren’t
their prices displayed?
A: Some manufactures do not allow their products
prices to be displayed on the web. However, they do allow us to contact you
with a price upon request. Please continue to shop and add products to your
Quote List. When you have finished shopping, select the "View Quote
List" link above to submit your Quote List. A detailed Quotation will be
e-mailed to you shortly.
Q: Do your prices include shipping?
A: No, our prices do not include the freight charge.
Freight charges will be calculated and displayed during check-out and BEFORE
the order is placed. The freight charge is based on the total weight of your
order, as well as your zip code. You will be contacted to schedule a date and
time for delivery when your order is ready for shipping. For shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and other countries, please call for details. Most items we
offer are made-to-order. The delivery times for most orders are 2 to 8 weeks.
Please keep this in mind and allow an additional 2 weeks for any delays in the
manufacturing process.
Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: That depends upon the order. Most manufacturers
will send out your order all at once. If your order contains items from
different manufactures than you may receive separate shipments.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes. We are always running specials. Please contact
us for current promotions. Of course larger orders may qualify for discounts.
Q: Do you sell to commercial clients?
A: Yes, we have been selling to commercial clients for
many years. Please contact us for bulk ordering and discounts.
